Job title: Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Pennington, NJ/Charlotte, NC/Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)

Role Overview

This position will help lead development efforts to deliver an application that streamlines the design and maintenance of hosting solutions. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack developer with a deep understanding of backend technologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions based on stakeholder requirements and creating documentation to support them.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions based upon requirements from key stakeholders.

• Create and maintain documentation to help others understand and leverage the solutions being developed.

• Develop REST API services, including data structures, business logic, and interfaces.

• Deliver solutions which integrate with external systems to consume data through various interfaces (REST API, SFTP, S3, etc.).

• Provide interfaces for both internal and external communications, including capabilities for enforcing security and entitlements.

• Design and develop database structures to meet business needs.

• Participate in front-end development efforts to help with added velocity as needed.

• Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Java Spring Boot
• MySQL
• Angular
• Kafka
• Cloud certification or proven work experience with Public Cloud.
• Horizon CI/CD tool knowledge.
• Experience with industry-standard interface frameworks and protocols for microservices.
• Working knowledge of testing methodologies and integrations.
• Knowledge of Front end UI development technologies used to deliver Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• A fundamental knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) concepts and tools.
• Experience in designing or developing hosting solutions.

Professional Skills:

• Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate across cross-functional teams, both verbally and in written form.
