Role overview

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer for a full-time position in LATAM. Our client is a prominent GovTech company offering a cloud-based ERP solution.

You'll help build vertical slices of the platform end-to-end—from the Angular front end the user touches, through the API contract, down to the data layer and the Azure services behind it. You’ll work closely with the Team Lead and another engineer, leaning toward the Angular front end while contributing across the stack. You’re comfortable investigating both UI issues and backend behavior, and you’re eager to grow your skills in a modern cloud environment.

About the team: They build the platform layer that integrates government software products, the connective tissue every customer and every product team depend on. That means a personalized Home Portal (an Angular single-page app), a .NET backend-for-frontend that aggregates two dozen module APIs, centralized user management and identity across every acquired application, a unified API management edge, and automated customer provisioning.

The stack is Angular 19 on the front end and ASP.NET Core on .NET 10 / C# on the back end, with Auth0, Azure API Management, EF Core and Dapper against Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, and Redis, all on Azure.

You’ll join a small, focused team where the architecture decisions we make now will last for years, and where you’ll have room to grow into more ownership over time.

Role Requirements

• Experience with C# / .NET on the server and modern front-end development, ideally Angular and TypeScript. Familiarity with state management and browser fundamentals is important; Blazor experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience deploying or operating applications in the cloud. You understand basic concepts like environments, configuration, logging, and monitoring in production.
• You can take a moderately defined requirement, ask clarifying questions, break it into tasks, and propose a reasonable implementation approach.
• You care about finishing features well—handling edge cases, error states, and the user experience when things don’t go as planned.
• You’re open to feedback, willing to learn new tools and patterns, and interested in gradually taking on more responsibility across the stack.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blazor, .NET Aspire, or Clean Architecture / vertical-slice designs.
• Background in multi-tenant SaaS, government / public-sector software, or ERP / financial systems.
• Familiarity with Azure Service Bus, Redis, and Application Insights / structured logging.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG, or AI agents into product features (beyond using AI as a coding assistant).
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD, GitHub (including GitHub Actions), and Jira is a plus, especially as we migrate toward these tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance features across Angular UI, .NET APIs, domain logic, and persistence in a multi-tenant platform, under guidance from the Team Lead.
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces in our Angular 19 app (NgRx, Signals), collaborating on UX and interaction design.
• Integrate and extend .NET 10 APIs built on FastEndpoints, model data with EF Core, and work with Azure SQL.
• Help integrate Auth0 and Azure API Management into features, following established patterns and best practices.
• Write clean, testable code, add and maintain unit/integration tests, and participate in code reviews focused on quality, performance, and observability.
• Work with the Team Lead and product stakeholders to refine requirements, document implementation details, and share knowledge with the team.
