Job Title – Full Stack Engineer

The Purpose of This Role

You will serve as a Full Stack Engineer who will play a key role in a team in Finance Technology. You will collaborate across engineering and business teams to drive operational excellence and resolve complex platform challenges and be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications across both the front-end (user interface) and back-end (business logic, APIs, databases, and infrastructure) layers.

• Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of building solutions, including requirements analysis, design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support full stack applications and data platform capabilities across environments.
• Implement automated testing, code-quality controls, dependency checks, vulnerability scanning, secure coding practices, and deployment governance across UI, API, data, and infrastructure layers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to tackle issues and work through ambiguous situations by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience and judgement
• Collaborate with business, product, architecture, engineering, and leadership teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and communicate operational metrics, findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and support engineering productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, technical documentation, incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

The Skills that are Key to this role

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript, and Single Page Application development.
• Experience building modular front-end solutions using micro frontend architecture, reusable components, shared libraries, and performance-focused design.
• Working knowledge of React is preferred.
• Proficiency in Java or Python for backend services, APIs, automation, and platform engineering.
• Experience designing secure REST/JSON APIs, service integrations, and data-access layers using relational and/or NoSQL technologies.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Groovy, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience with automated testing, code-quality controls, vulnerability scanning, and tools such as pytest and SonarQube.
• You have passion for technology and the financial domain with demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

• You have Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and adaptability
• You have Agile methodologies or iterative development processes

Your experience with the following will be a plus:

• Experience supporting enterprise data lake, analytics, and data-integration solutions using Snowflake, Apache NiFi, Python, and SnowSQL.
• Working knowledge of database using sql and pl/sql
• Experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, networking, storage, security controls, and access management.
• Working knowledge of logging, monitoring, alerting, observability, incident management, disaster recovery, and production-readiness practices.
