Job Description Full-stack developer bridging technical excellence with IT governance expertise. You'll develop mission-critical applications while ensuring compliance with COBIT, ITIL, and regulatory requirements PENCOM, GDPR, Nigeria DPA in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design scalable full-stack applications (frontend, backend, APIs)

Apply ITIL frameworks to development and deployment

Define/monitor SLAs and support incident management

Own features from requirements through release (Agile/Scrum)

Implement security controls and compliance measures

Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews

Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent experience)

5–7 years full-stack development experience

2+ backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, .NET)

2+ frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
-
ITIL knowledge and SLA/incident management experience

Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) + NoSQL databases

Git, CI/CD, automated testing expertise
-
Application security and secure coding practices.
Preferred:
- ITIL/PMP/Scrum Master certification
- Financial services or regulated industry experience
- Pension fund operations knowledge
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & Infrastructure-as-Code
- Microservices architecture & API design
