Job Position: Full Stack Developer (Enterprise Systems & Service Management) Job Location: Lagos Nigeria Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Job Description Full-stack developer bridging technical excellence with IT governance expertise. You'll develop mission-critical applications while ensuring compliance with COBIT, ITIL, and regulatory requirements (PENCOM, GDPR, Nigeria DPA) in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable full-stack applications (frontend, backend, APIs)

• Apply ITIL frameworks to development and deployment

• Define/monitor SLAs and support incident management

• Own features from requirements through release (Agile/Scrum)

• Implement security controls and compliance measures

• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews

• Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent experience)

• 5–7 years of full-stack development experience

• 2+ backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, .NET)

• 2+ frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)

• ITIL knowledge and SLA/incident management experience

• Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) + NoSQL databases

• Git, CI/CD, automated testing expertise

• Application security and secure coding practices.

Preferred:

• ITIL/PMP/Scrum Master certification
• Financial services or regulated industry experience
• Pension fund operations knowledge
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & Infrastructure-as-Code
• Microservices architecture & API design
