Full Stack Developer (Digital Transformation and Governance)

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Digital Transformation and Governance)

Location: Lagos Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Job Description Full-stack developer bridging technical excellence with IT governance expertise. You'll develop mission-critical applications while ensuring compliance with COBIT, ITIL, and regulatory requirements (PENCOM, GDPR, Nigeria DPA) in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications (React, Vue, Node.js, Python, Java)

• Integrate IT governance principles (COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001) into development practices

• Lead development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Support ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) and production support

• Champion code reviews focused on governance, security, and auditability

• Ensure systems comply with PENCOM requirements and data protection regulations

• Contribute to enterprise architecture and microservices design

• Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years full-stack development experience

• 2+ backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET)

• 2+ frontend technologies (React, Vue, Angular)

• Strong IT governance knowledge (COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001)

• ITIL practices experience (incident, problem, change management)

• Enterprise architecture and system design pattern understanding

• Relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB)

• Application security and secure coding expertise

Preferred:

• Financial services or regulated industry experience
• Pensions/custody operations knowledge
• COBIT/ITIL/PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certification
• CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code
• Docker, Kubernetes, API gateways, service mesh
• AI/ML or process automation platform exposure
