About the Role As a Full Stack Developer - Data Apps, you will design and build end-to-end data applications spanning interactive frontends, middleware services, and data-serving APIs. You will create intuitive data-facing interfaces and engineer scalable cloud infrastructure to power them. You will collaborate with engineering leaders, product, solutions, and analytics teams and serve as the primary engineering support contact during PST business hours. What You'll Do
- Design & develop end-to-end data applications spanning interactive frontends, middleware services, and data-serving APIs.
- Build intuitive user interfaces that make complex data products accessible.
- Engineer services and cloud infrastructure powering them at scale.
- Automate many manual processes to increase overall efficiency of marketing.
- Work closely with Engineering leaders and the product, solutions and analytics teams to understand product features, design engineering solutions, and drive end-to-end execution.
- Be the primary point of contact for engineering support during business hours (PST). What We're Looking For
- Strong frontend engineering experience building responsive, production-grade web applications with React.
- Experience developing middleware and backend services with Node.js.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python as primary programming languages.
- Hands-on experience deploying applications on AWS cloud services, including S3, ECS, ECR, API Gateway, and Application Load Balancer (ALB).
- Experience with infrastructure as code using AWS CDK.
- Sound knowledge of designing data systems and Data Services APIs.
- Deep understanding of database systems, both relational and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing, and version control (Git).
- Ability to work independently, own features end to end, and collaborate across product and analytics teams. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $88-$90 per hour DOE.
- Duration: 12 months.
- Location: Remote, but local to Culver City, CA.
