Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Full-Stack Developer. As an essential part of our Software Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable web applications, APIs, cloud-native components, and DevOps solutions. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, Angular or React, microservices, and modern cloud development.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development technologies
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend application development
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed application architectures
• Experience designing responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications
• Knowledge of automated testing, code quality, and peer-review practices
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and build automation
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical designs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related area
• Fluent English at C2 level

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain responsive web applications

• Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and reusable software components

• Design and implement cloud functions, including AWS Lambda or equivalent serverless services

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into application architecture proposals

• Produce detailed development and operations architecture designs

• Collaborate with Architects, Lead Developers, DevSecOps teams, and CI/CD specialists

• Configure DevOps tools and integrate them with automated continuous integration and deployment pipelines

• Take ownership of technical designs, code development, and component-level testing

• Perform code reviews and provide actionable recommendations for fixes and improvements

• Define and promote development standards, quality controls, and engineering guidelines

• Write technical specifications and review proposed solutions with client stakeholders

• Support the design and configuration of monitoring, SecOps, FinOps, and performance management platforms

• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and standard operating procedures

• Assess client DevOps capabilities and contribute to transformation strategies and roadmaps

• Identify opportunities to optimize or migrate application, IT, and cloud architectures

• Support production environments and the overall technology landscape

• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, pipeline, and deployment issues

• Contribute to the development of reusable DevOps assets, accelerators, and best practices

• Location: Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra

• Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal.
