Full-Stack Designer (Brand, Marketing & UI)
About the job
We are hiring a strong full-stack designer who can take ownership of all visual output across our brands.
This is not a task-based role.
This is an ownership role.
You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving everything from marketing creatives to brand identity to website visuals.
What You Will Do
- Own the visual direction across marketing, website, and brand assets
- Design high-performing ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Create social media posts, carousels, and templates
- Design landing pages and UI layouts in Figma
- Work on packaging and product-related design when needed
- Create email design templates
- Prepare print materials (posters, flyers, etc.)
- Build reusable design systems and templates
- Maintain clean and organized design files
- Create simple motion graphics when required
How You Will Work
- You will work inside a structured system
- Each task will have clear objectives and context
- You are expected to manage your work independently
- You will handle multiple types of design work
- You should think in systems, not one-off designs
What We Are Looking For
- Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Solid understanding of layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Experience in marketing and performance creatives
- Ability to create clean, modern, and consistent designs
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions

Good to Have
- Motion design skills
- UI/UX experience
- Experience with consumer brands
- Understanding of what makes ads perform
Compensation
Compensation will be competitive and based on skill level, experience, and location.
A paid test task will be part of the selection process.
