About the job

About Us

Briidge.one is a custom AI and software transformation company helping established businesses turn fragmented operations, legacy systems and proprietary data into intelligent digital infrastructure.

We work with organizations that have outgrown generic SaaS tools and need technology built around the way they actually operate.

Our work includes:

  • Custom AI-powered business systems
  • Internal operational platforms and dashboards
  • Client portals and visibility systems
  • AI reporting and query assistants
  • CRM, ERP, policy administration, claims and workflow integrations
  • Legacy system modernization and digital transformation
  • Custom software infrastructure built around proprietary business data

We typically work on high-value transformation projects ranging from $20K–$100K+, working directly with founders, CEOs, executives and senior decision-makers.

We are expanding deeper into insurance companies, insurance brokers, managing general agents (MGAs), insurance groups and Insurtech organizations.

The Role

We are looking for a Full Cycle Sales Executive / Business Development Partner focused on the insurance industry.

This is not a traditional SDR role.

You will be responsible for identifying insurance organizations with operational, data and technology challenges, initiating conversations with executives and senior operators, running discovery calls, understanding their workflows, positioning Briidge.one's solutions, managing proposals and ultimately closing deals.

You should be comfortable discussing technology with people who don't necessarily want another AI tool.

The conversation should instead be about things insurance companies actually care about: claims processing efficiency, underwriting turnaround times, policy administration, operational costs, broker productivity, customer experience, regulatory documentation, data fragmentation and decision-making.

What You'll Own

  1. Prospecting & Account Research

Identify insurance companies, brokers, MGAs, insurance groups and Insurtech organizations where technology can materially improve how the organization operates.

Research:

  • Business lines and insurance products
  • Company size, geographic markets and distribution model
  • Underwriting and claims operating models
  • Existing technology stack
  • Policy administration and claims management systems
  • CRM, agency management and broker management systems
  • Data workflows and reporting processes
  • Operational complexity and manual processes
  • Digital transformation and technology initiatives
  • Key decision-makers and organizational structure

Build targeted account lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, industry directories and other intelligence platforms.

Target stakeholders including:

  • CEOs and Presidents
  • COOs and Chief Operating Officers
  • CIOs and CTOs
  • Chief Digital and Transformation Officers
  • Chief Data and Analytics Officers
  • Heads of Claims
  • Heads of Underwriting
  • Heads of Operations
  • Heads of Policy Administration
  • Heads of Distribution and Broker Operations
  • Innovation and Automation leaders
  • Managing Directors and business unit leaders
  1. Outbound Sales

Develop highly personalized outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and calls.

Your messaging should focus on problems such as:

  • Manual claims intake, triage and processing
  • Repetitive underwriting and risk assessment workflows
  • Information scattered across policy systems, CRMs, emails and documents
  • Slow policy issuance, renewals and endorsements
  • Manual data extraction from applications, forms and supporting documents
  • Time-consuming regulatory documentation and audit preparation
  • Limited visibility into claims, underwriting and operational performance
  • Repetitive broker, agent and customer service requests
  • Difficulty accessing insights across historical policies and claims
  • Manual reporting and reconciliation across disconnected systems
  • Legacy platforms that limit automation and integration
  • Knowledge trapped in documents, internal systems and employee workflows

You should be able to create a compelling business case without leading with AI.

  1. Discovery & Qualification

Run discovery calls with insurance executives and operating teams.

Understand:

  • How policies are quoted, underwritten, issued and renewed
  • How claims are reported, assessed, routed and settled
  • How underwriting decisions are made and documented
  • How brokers, agents and internal teams exchange information
  • Where policyholder and claims data is stored
  • How compliance documentation and audits are managed
  • How operational reporting is generated
  • What systems the company already uses
  • Where employees spend unnecessary time on repetitive work
  • Where information is lost between systems
  • Which workflows create bottlenecks, errors or avoidable operating costs
  • What business outcomes would justify an investment in transformation
  1. Solution Selling

Work with the founding/product team to design the appropriate solution.

Potential projects may include:

  • AI-assisted claims processing and triage systems
  • Underwriting workflow automation
  • Policy and document intelligence platforms
  • Internal insurance knowledge systems
  • Broker and agent portals
  • Customer-facing policyholder portals
  • Claims visibility and tracking platforms
  • AI reporting and operational intelligence systems
  • CRM, policy administration and claims system integrations
  • Internal AI assistants for accessing proprietary business information
  • Custom workflow automation across insurance operations
  • Legacy system modernization and custom operational platforms

Position technology around business outcomes and operating leverage, not features.

The goal is not to replace every system an insurance company already uses. It is to identify where its existing infrastructure falls short and build the specific systems, integrations and workflows needed to close those gaps.

  1. Proposal & Closing

Own opportunities from discovery through close.

Present proposals to executives and senior decision-makers.

Handle concerns around:

  • Data security and privacy
  • Regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Integration with existing insurance systems
  • AI reliability and human oversight
  • Deployment and implementation
  • Internal adoption and change management
  • Business continuity and operational risk
  • Pricing, ROI and implementation timelines

Lead commercial negotiations while protecting deal value.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling software, technology
