ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Operations: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle (picking, packing, and shipping)
Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and evaluate fulfillment staff. Monitor team productivity and provide coaching to improve performance.
Quality Control (QC): Perform spot checks and routine audits to ensure orders are packaged correctly and free of defects
REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Typically 1–3+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, shipping or supply chain, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role

Strong ability to lead, motivate, and resolve conflicts within a diverse team

Technical Proficiency: experience with DG shipping & CTPAT preferred
