About the Role As a Fulfillment Center Technician at P&G’s Dayton Fulfillment Center, you'll be at the heart of operations, leading a production line, mentoring teammates, and driving process improvements to maximize efficiency while safeguarding product quality and integrity. This role emphasizes problem-solving, continuous improvement, and safe, efficient operations using advanced warehousing technologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor your team to achieve daily production goals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of product quality and integrity, meticulously overseeing the packaging and preparation of goods.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues on the production line, implementing innovative solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Learn and utilize cutting-edge warehousing technologies and systems to manage inventory and streamline operations.
- Champion a safe working environment, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation; standing, bending, stooping, climbing, twisting, and turning for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may include extreme temperatures, humidity, and loud equipment.
- Ability to wear required safety personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for leading and developing others.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, especially in dynamic or high-stress situations.
- A proactive and curious mindset, always looking for improved approaches to everyday problems.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety behaviors.
- Experience troubleshooting large equipment (a plus, but not required).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $22.95 per hour base rate.
- Shift Differentials: $1.00 per hour adder for 2nd shift; $1.50 per hour adder for 3rd shift.
- Rapid Pay Increase: After successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, base rate increases to $26.60 per hour.

- Work Environment & Schedule: Site operates 24/7. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8.5 hours per day, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Shifts available: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM and 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Overtime may be required to meet production demands.
