About the Role We’re seeking a FT Supervisor at Albertville Premium Outlets to join our store management team. You’ll help implement strategies and drive operational excellence to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. You’ll lead by example, embracing Levi’s values in every interaction.
What You'll Do
- Contribute as an integral member of the store management team by supporting strategy execution and operational excellence to drive brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.
- Grow sales by executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and coaching team members through mentorship and leadership.
- Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency, high standards, and a welcoming customer environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience; adhere to Levi’s Stores policies and directives.
- Support, assist, and coach store associates; meet or exceed sales and performance goals; perform physical tasks as needed (up to 40 lbs, moving, kneeling, reaching overhead, ladders).
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
- Ability to follow Levi's policies, procedures, and directives from store management.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding store and individual sales/performance goals.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks such as moving around, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
- Reliable transportation and being 18 years or older.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $15.55 - $25.90 per hour, depending on experience.
