About the Role Join PATH's Interim Housing team as the Safety Support Associate at Stuart Hotel. You will help maintain safety, conduct rounds, and de-escalate crises while supporting residents and program operations. What You'll Do
- Ensure site safety monitoring and respond to incidents
- Conduct rounds and de-escalate crises
- Document safety activities and engage with participants
- Support flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform site safety monitoring, de-escalation, documentation, and participant engagement
- CPR/First Aid obtainable
- Background check, TB test, and drug screen required
- Flexible hours including evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21.71 - $26.36 per hour
- Pay Frequency: 24 pay periods per year
- Schedule: Sun - Thurs 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
