About the Role FSO Engineer Band 2 is responsible for on-site end-user IT support at client locations, delivering IMACD services, hardware refresh, imaging, and device provisioning. This role covers desktops/laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, telephony, conferencing equipment, and campus infrastructure at dedicated sites, ensuring compliance with client SOPs and asset management processes. What You'll Do
- Provide end-user onsite support for endpoint devices (desktops/laptops) and related system software at client sites.
- Perform approved IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install) tasks and break-fix repairs for Windows/Mac hardware onsite for authorized users.
- Deploy, manage and refresh in-scope hardware (less than 10 devices per month per site) at dedicated client sites.
- Facilitate Autopilot-based imaging for new and leaver laptops; coordinate with asset management for compliance.
- Manage fixed telephony and softphones; on-site/field services at client locations.
- Uplift and reimage leaver equipment; coordinate asset management.
- Deploy and configure new hire equipment; handle conferencing/meeting room equipment basic configuration.
- Monitor and manage peripherals and inventory at dedicated sites.
- Support mobiles including iOS devices; MDM profile configuration per SOP documents provided by client.
- Hands & Eyes support for printers, toner replacement, network connectivity inspection, and cabling checks.
- Infrastructure onsite support for servers and network devices; physical inspection, cabling checks, and vendor/OEM coordination; escort to server/data room (dedicated sites only).
- Maintain knowledge of IMACD processes and assist in client policy compliance. What We're Looking For
- Experience in on-site IT support for end-user devices, IMACD processes, and incident/service requests handling.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac hardware, break-fix repair, and imaging (Autopilot) / desktop provisioning.
- Familiarity with asset management processes and SOPs; ability to coordinate with client teams.
- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and iOS devices; ability to configure per SOPs.
- Experience with telephony (fixed/softphones) and conferencing equipment.
- Ability to work at client sites, travel to dedicated client sites, and communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Basic networking knowledge and ability to assist with server/network device inspections and cabling. Nice to Have
- Experience with servers and network devices; hands-and-eyes support in data-center or server-room environments.
- Familiarity with printers beyond basic toner replacement and basic print infrastructure.
