About the Role
The Frontline Recruiter is responsible for all recruiting aspects of hourly roles within a targeted region, including sourcing, reviewing, screening, scheduling, hiring, and orientation. This role also drives key areas of the hourly recruiting strategy, such as new business start-ups, marketing, vendor management, process design, change management, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business and HR site contacts to determine hiring needs for hourly recruiting, communicate status updates, and operate to meet key objectives.
- Flawlessly manage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage postings for designated locations, monitor postings throughout the hiring process, close vacancies, and ensure files are complete.
- Review submitted applications/resumes for job fit and pre-hire screening requirements.
- Prescreen (phone or in-person) qualified applicants.
- Schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers at their sites.
- Maintain active relationships within networks to understand competitive activities and best practices.
- Coach and provide training support to hiring managers.
- Provide standard reports, projections, and data on hourly recruiting topics.
- Evaluate recruiting productivity, identify challenges, and develop/improve plans with management.
- Determine marketing and sourcing strategies to meet hourly recruitment demand.
- Participate in projects within the hourly recruiting structure, including start-up activity, campus/remote hiring events, networking, and marketing.
- Deliver subject matter expertise for hourly regional recruiting projects across the organization.
What We're Looking For

- Proficiency in managing and using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience posting jobs, monitoring postings, closing vacancies, and ensuring complete candidate files.
- Ability to review applications, screen candidates, and conduct prescreens.
- Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and market knowledge to stay aware of competitive activities.
- Ability to coach and train hiring managers and provide support.
- Competence in reporting, projections, and data analysis related to hourly recruiting.
- Ability to evaluate productivity and implement improvement plans.
- Skill in determining marketing and sourcing strategies to meet demand.
- Willingness to participate in cross-functional projects within Hourly Recruiting.
