Key Responsibilities

Act as the leading technological authority for the Front-End domain.

Lead the planning, architecture, and development of complex web systems.

Provide professional guidance, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor team

members.

Drive key architectural decisions while remaining deeply involved in hands-on

development.
Job Requirements
-
At least 7 years of proven experience in Front-End development.

Proven track record of leading Front-End teams or acting in a Tech Lead capacity.

High expertise in development using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Significant experience in designing and developing complex, large-scale web
-
applications.

Deep understanding of Front-End architecture, Design Patterns, and software
-
engineering best practices.

Experience in defining technological solutions and authoring design and
-
architecture documents.

Hands-on experience in system design using architectural modeling tools (e.g.,
-
Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar).
-
Experience working with state management solutions, component-based
-
architectures, and modern Front-End frameworks.

In-depth knowledge of core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript,
-
REST APIs, and browser performance optimization.

Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal communication, and natural
-
technical leadership.

Proven ability to seamlessly combine high-level technological leadership with actual
-
hands-on development.
Significant Advantages:

Experience with Micro-Frontends architecture.

Familiarity with Design Systems and shared/reusable components.
