About the Role Join Coloplast as the Frontend Architect for the Chronic Care program. You will own the frontend architecture, shape the digital roadmap for our Chronic Care program within eCommerce & Digital Solutions, and collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accessible frontend solutions for consumers and healthcare professionals worldwide. This onsite role at our Humlebæk HQ offers the chance to drive digital transformation as part of Coloplast's Impact4 strategy. What You'll Do
- Set the technical direction for frontend development with other development leads
- Prevent technical debt while delivering new features
- Lead major rewrites and refactorings
- Ensure optimal user experience and accessibility compliance according to EAA and ADA
- Align with backend leads to ensure seamless integration
- Keep frontend packages secure and up to date
- Co-own the Chronic Care design system to ensure brand consistency and reusable components
- Collaborate with international stakeholders from Chronic Care, Branding & Design, and product owners to ensure features are built to technical standards and ready for global use
- You may be hands-on coding or coaching developers as needed What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of frontend development experience
- Highly experienced in frontend architecture with a focus on scalability, UX and accessibility
- Proven track record handling very large and complex codebases in a highly regulated industry
- Excellent ability to communicate technical challenges to non-technical audiences
- Experience with design systems and co-owning reusable components
- Ability to align with backend leads for seamless integration
- Knowledge of security and dependency management to keep frontend packages up to date Nice to Have
- Experience with CMS and ecommerce frontends for Chronic Care
- Familiarity with regulations and standards in healthcare technology
