Ihre Aufgaben:
- Operative Leitung und Organisation des Front Office im Schichtdienst
- Führung, Motivation und Unterstützung des Rezeptionsteams
- Professioneller Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs sowie unserer Service- und Qualitätsstandards
- Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen im Front Office
- Einarbeitung, Coaching und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitender
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Management
