In Hamburg’s newest, stylish district, we can offer you a job with guaranteed fun and a great deal of variety. As the two hotels are only a short walk apart, we work closely together in both hotels. Job Description
How does your working day look like...
-
Planning and managing the department and developing the team
-
Together with your Assistant Front Office Manager you ensure a smooth running at the Front Office
-
You take care of your employees' concerns and stand up for them
-
You not only ensure that guests are satisfied, but also that they are enthusiastic
-
you are responsible for billing and all administrative matters
-
You act as a role model for your department
-
and last but not least - being the contact person for all hotel matters
Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

Training in the hotel industry and professional experience at the front office are desirable
-
Initial management experience in a comparable position or as an assistant
-
Knowledge of real Hamburg insider tips

Ability to inspire guests and colleagues

Be a host with passion
