Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (NASA) heeft 314 kamers, 17 meeting zalen met verschillende capaciteiten, The B House (een grote event locatie), een gezellig restaurant met een open keuken, een private dining met een geanimeerde diner ervaring en vooral een heel tof team!

Vacatureomschrijving

Voor ons receptie team zijn wij op zoek naar een positieve, pro-actieve, en enthousiaste Front Office medewerker. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten zich vanaf hun aankomst tot vertrek helemaal thuis voelen.

Als Front Office medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorg je voor een vriendelijke en efficiënte check-in en check-out. Je verwelkomt de gasten, controleert reserveringen, maakt sleutels en verwerkt betalingen. Verder help je de gast met specifieke verzoeken of vragen zowel in persoon als aan de telefoon.

Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het informeren van de gasten over het ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyaliteitsprogramma en maak je er een uitdaging van om iedere gast hier lid van te laten worden. Jij hebt de skills om elk probleem in een positieve ervaring te veranderen.

Functie-eisen

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken iemand die nieuwsgierig, sociaal en flexibel is. Iemand die het overzicht en de rust bewaart, maar ook iemand van de details. Naast jouw enthousiasme en optimale service voldoe je aan de volgende eisen:

  • Je vindt het leuk om gasten positief te verrassen en ze welkom te laten voelen;
  • MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie zou mooi meegenomen zijn;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en hebt geen moeite met een onregelmatig rooster;
  • Je bent een echte team player, maar kan ook goed zelfstandig te werk;
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel én een goede dosis humor;
  • Jij kunt onze gasten in zowel Nederlands als Engels te woord staan;
  • Ervaring met Opera zou super fijn zijn.
