About the Role LIU is seeking a Front of House Usher to assist patrons, guide them to their seats, and support front-of-house operations for performances. The role involves customer service as a front-facing team member, with responsibilities including setup, breakdown, and ticket scanning.
What You'll Do
- Assist patrons as they enter the building and help guests find their seats.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and ticket scanning.
- Sell merchandise during performances.
- Help managers with crowd control for VIP events, Meet & Greet, and with main setup for each performance.
- Light lifting up to 25 lbs.
- In emergency situations, help the house manager guide all patrons out of the theater calmly and orderly.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $17 per hour (hourly)
- Hours: Varies depending on show, primarily evenings and weekends with occasional morning shifts; very flexible schedule; shifts typically 5-7 hours per shift.
