What You’ll Do

Lead FOH operations with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction

Train, coach, and support servers, hosts, and service staff

Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and dining room organization

Manage guest flow, table turns, and lunch‑rush execution

Support scheduling, cash handling, and daily operational tasks

Partner with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service

What You Bring

Four or more years of FOH leadership experience

Strong floor presence and communication skills

Proven ability to manage high‑volume service

Compensation
$54,000 to $68,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits and growth potential.
