About this role
Divest is a financial technology company based in Lagos, focused on bridging the gap between digital currency and local fiat currency across Africa. The Front-end Engineer will contribute to building a seamless and instant experience that enables African crypto users to convert digital assets into local currency and transfer funds directly to bank accounts and mobile wallets, supporting Divest’s mission to improve financial access with speed, security, and confidence.

Develop and maintain front-end features for a fintech platform that facilitates digital asset to local currency conversions and transfers to bank accounts and mobile wallets.

Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver fast, secure, and user-friendly interfaces.

Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness across devices to support a high-availability financial service.

Participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing optimization.
