Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development and Enterprise Application Delivery.

• Proven experience building and supporting large-scale enterprise portals, workflow-based applications, administrative platforms, dashboards, and customer-facing digital solutions.

• Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.

• Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and portals using modern frontend technologies.

• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components aligned with enterprise standards.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences.

• Develop and enhance mobile-first, responsive applications across multiple device types and screen sizes.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and enterprise services.

• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution planning activities.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and implementation guidelines.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solution recommendations.

• Support application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to security, accessibility, performance, and development best practices.

• Assist with production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams across global delivery locations.

• Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate should be a strong frontend engineer with hands-on experience in Angular and React ecosystems, modern JavaScript frameworks, enterprise portal development, and mobile-first design practices. The individual should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, contributing to solution design discussions, and driving end-to-end delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Experience with modern UI/UX practices, reusable component development, responsive application design, and enterprise-grade development standards is highly desirable.

Education level:

• Any undergraduate degree/above or equivalent post graduate diploma in IT related domain.
