About this role

About the Role Babel is seeking a Front-End Developer with strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React skills to design and build high-performing front-end interfaces and evolve our front-end architecture. You will work on complex workflows and ensure quality through automated tests, collaborating closely with backend, UX/UI and product teams to support our digital transformation. What You'll Do

  • Design and develop high-performance front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript
  • Evolve our front-end architecture and implement complex workflows
  • Ensure quality through automated tests (Jest, Cypress)
  • Collaborate closely with backend, UX/UI and product teams
  • Contribute to the Babel team to deliver value and support the hyperspace 2029 plan What We're Looking For
  • Strong mastery of modern JavaScript and TypeScript, deep React and SPA experience
  • Good front-end security practices, UX/UI and design system knowledge
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Experience with Redux/Zustand, XState, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, Axios/Fetch API, Keycloak/GAAS, Jest, Cypress, Chart.js
  • Nice to have: experience with other frameworks (Angular, Polymer, LitElement) or advanced HTML5/CSS3 Nice to Have
