Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Desk/Sales Representative who can create an excellent first impression while converting customer enquiries and leads into successful sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, welcoming, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to attend to customers and respond to enquiries effectively.
- Strong ability to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Passionate about sales and confident in closing deals.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
