Location: Greenville-Spartanburg Type: Full-Time | Weekends Required | Small-Team Environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be the first friendly face our patients see.
• Educate patients on the affordability of our plans
• Present & enroll new patients into our membership or package plans.
• Keep the clinic organized — check-ins, scheduling, payments, and patient flow.
• Train new hires and work in collaboration with our Marketer on Lead Conversion
• Troubleshoot small stuff (Wi-Fi down? printer jam? you’ve got it handled).
• Help with window signage, supplies, cleanliness, and online reputation..
• Assisting with the cleanliness of the clinic and spa like atmosphere for our customers
• You’ll work closely with the Clinic Director and Doctor to keep the day flowing and patients happy.

• Reliable & punctual — attendance is an essential function of this job.

• Positive attitude and willingness to “jump in” wherever needed.
• (Bonus points if you’ve worked in a wellness, medical, or fitness setting.)
