- Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday with Fridays off. Pay is $19/hour. This role does not include medical or dental benefits.
- Who You Are
- You have at least two years of prior experience working at a front desk. You already know that you like this type of work. Prior experience in a vet clinic is not required.

- It’s a plus if you know veterinary terminology and the basics of animal behavior and health.
- You are a multi-tasker and can talk to people, handle calls and enter data at the same time. You work just fine with interruptions because you don’t get flustered easily.
- You are an on time person.
- You're dependable and you plan your time off in advance, so that if you miss work, it’s for an important reason.
- You prefer to work in a team, rather than working alone.
- You like technology and learning new tech is easy for you.
- You have professional maturity and you are a clear and thoughtful communicator.
- You have a strong sense of humor. (Working in a vet clinic is humorous!)
