For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Front Desk Receptionist to join the MarBella team in Corfu.

The Role

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and provide accurate, attentive service throughout their stay.

A Day in the Job

Accurate information and a warm welcome make every stay smoother.

Here's what a typical day at MarBella could look like:

• You check arrivals, room assignments and room readiness with Housekeeping, then welcome and register guests for check-in or check-out.
• You answer calls and messages and explain room options, rates, amenities and services.
• You respond to requests and complaints, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• You recommend additional services when they suit a guest’s needs.
• You keep booking, payment, mail and delivery records up to date.
• You maintain a presentable, stocked reception desk and follow access and security procedures.

Requirements

• Is This You?

Essential qualifications:

• Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or in a similar role.

• Experience with a hotel PMS such as Fidelio or Opera and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Excellent spoken and written Greek and English.

• An outgoing manner, excellent communication and customer service, and the ability to prioritise and solve problems under pressure. Additional qualifications – a plus:

• Knowledge of German, French or Russian.

• A degree in Hotel Management.
