Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, organised, customer-friendly and proactive individual to join our team as a Front Desk Operator.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily front desk activities, attending to customer enquiries, maintaining client relationships and managing the business's social media presence to improve brand visibility, customer engagement and repeat sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and online enquiries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Manage customer bookings, appointments and service schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with existing clients.
- Manage the business's social media platforms and ensure consistent online engagement.
- Create and publish attractive posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
- Develop engaging captions and promotional messages that encourage customer interaction and patronage.
- Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat bookings and sales.
- Promote available services, new offerings and special promotions across digital platforms.
- Handle customer feedback and support a positive customer experience.
- Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve customer retention and sales.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic experience in customer service, front desk operations or administrative support.
- Practical knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Ability to create engaging social media posts and write compelling captions.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Must be courteous, presentable, proactive and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must reside within or around Ikorodu.
Salary
N100,000 Net Monthly.
