Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for the company.
• The successful candidate will manage reception activities, attend to clients and visitors, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and business partners professionally.
• Receive and direct incoming calls, messages, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to basic client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services and properties.
• Receive and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
• Assist with property-related inquiries and direct prospective clients to the appropriate sales or property personnel.

Requirements

• HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, administrative, or similar role.
• Previous experience in real estate or a related service industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office tools.

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
