We are seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Front Desk Coordinator to support administrative operations with a strong focus on policy management, documentation, compliance, and organizational procedures. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining structure, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating processes that help an organization operate efficiently. The successful candidate will serve as a key resource in managing policy-related initiatives while also providing professional front desk and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development, review, formatting, and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitor policy updates and revisions to ensure documents remain accurate, current, and accessible.
- Track policies through review, approval, and implementation stages while maintaining detailed records and version control.
- Support compliance and policy-related initiatives by organizing documentation and monitoring deadlines.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items related to policy discussions and procedural updates.
- Assist with policy training and communication efforts to ensure stakeholders understand new and revised procedures.
- Serve as a central point of contact for policy documentation requests and inquiries.
- Maintain confidential records, reports, correspondence, and administrative files with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide professional front desk support and greet visitors while managing incoming communications.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications

Prior experience in administrative support, front desk coordination, or a similar office-based role.

Background working with higher education organizations, policy administration, or government-related environments.

Familiarity with creating, reviewing, updating, or interpreting policies and procedures.

Ability to support senior leaders while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable preparing meeting agendas, scheduling sessions, and documenting minutes accurately.

Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to work effectively with standard office software and digital systems.
