Atlanta, GA and Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and Clayton counties.
The role
You staff hotel front desks: check-in and check-out, reservations, guest requests, and the property's PMS. Shifts cover vacations, call-outs and peak periods at hotels across the market.
Atlanta is our headquarters market: hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues from downtown and Midtown to Buckhead, Perimeter, Gwinnett and the airport corridor.
What you do
- Check guests in and out and handle reservations
- Resolve guest requests and route issues
- Work the property's PMS accurately
- Keep the lobby and desk presentable
What we need
- 6 or more months of hotel front desk or guest services experience; PMS experience (Opera, OnQ, Fosse or similar) preferred
- Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
- Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
- Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)
