Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented French-Speaking Project Coordinator to support international client projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate international client projects and translate business requirements into clear tasks and user stories.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on client requirements and business objectives.

Collaborate with clients, developers, and data analysis teams to ensure effective project delivery.

Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and blockers to ensure timely execution.

Validate deliverables against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.

Review new features, product enhancements, and updates before delivery.

Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, workflows, and project delivery processes.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role.

French language proficiency at B2 level or above is mandatory.

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proactive approach with good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
