A growing SME fit-out contractor delivering fast-track commercial projects across London. The business is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an 8-week shell & core fit-out with a significant M&E component. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, and confidence managing multiple services trades in a live environment.
Role Purpose
The Site Manager will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the shell & core fit-out, including extensive M&E works is delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. You’ll be the key on-site lead, managing subcontractors, sequencing, and technical interfaces.
