About the Role The Fraud Systems Specialist is a key member of the Global Fraud Technology Service Reliability team, responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of critical fraud detection and prevention systems. This role provides intermediate-level technical expertise and production support for fraud applications, investigates and resolves complex system issues, collaborates with business and technology partners to translate requirements into effective solutions, and participates in the full software development lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve intermediate-level technical issues and system problems to minimize business impact.
- Apply incident management and triaging processes to respond to and resolve issues quickly.
- Provide foundational support for fraud applications, including system integration within enterprise environments.
- Monitor fraud and banking systems using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace to ensure stability and identify potential issues.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for enhancements and projects.
- Contribute to design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to meet business objectives.
- Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and release management processes to support system changes and deployments.
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and team members on fraud system capabilities and support.
- Utilize data analysis skills and tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python to support problem-solving and solution design.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, process models, and system reports using appropriate tools. What We're Looking For
- Experience providing production and technical support for fraud or financial systems, with ability to investigate and resolve issues.
- Strong incident management and triage capabilities to minimize business impact.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and liaise with stakeholders.
- Experience monitoring enterprise systems with tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of SDLC and release management processes.
- Data analysis skills using Power BI, SQL, or Python.
- Strong documentation and communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
