Schedule & Location

Hybrid rotation: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote on Week 1, and 3 days onsite / 2 days remote on Week 2 (subject to change based on operational needs).

Skills & Qualifications

Preferred 1 year of experience in banking operations, contact center, back-office banking, or fraud investigations/disputes. Proficiency with advanced computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to demonstrate logical reasoning and critical thinking to resolve complex customer issues

salary: $20 - $25.66 per hour

shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • The Fraud Specialist is responsible for reviewing fraud alerts and internal notifications to identify fraudulent or suspicious activity • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome • Demonstrate personal excellence including punctuality, integrity, and accountability • Comfortable in a metrics driven environment that requires the ability to prioritize and multitask • Think critically and exercise independent judgement •
