FRANCHISE MANAGER EUROPE – 12 MONTH MATERNITY COVER

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Franchise Manager Europe, you’ll play a key role in driving the performance and growth of Skechers’ franchise business across Europe.

You need to be based in Poland, Italy, Belgium, the Czech Republic or the UK and will manage and develop relationships with franchise partners across a portfolio of European markets. Working closely with our European Retail, Merchandising, Marketing and Country teams, you’ll identify opportunities to drive commercial performance while ensuring an exceptional Skechers experience across our franchise stores.

Through regular communication, business reviews and store visits, you’ll use your retail expertise and commercial insight to coach and support our partners, share best practice and help them maximise their potential.

This is a hands-on role with extensive travel across Europe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build strong relationships with franchise partners, supporting them to drive sales, profitability and KPI performance.

• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial results and customer experience.

• Coach and support franchise partners and their teams to deliver excellent customer service and consistently high retail standards.

• Partner with European and Country teams to deliver retail, marketing, merchandising and promotional initiatives.

• Support seasonal product assortment, ensuring the right product mix, stock depth and visual presentation across stores.

• Ensure alignment with Skechers policies, procedures and brand standards.

• Support new store openings and key business initiatives across the franchise network.

• Prepare business analysis, quarterly business reviews and management reporting.

• WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven retail and/or franchise management experience including responsibility for multiple stores, locations or partners. Experience in footwear, fashion or lifestyle retail would be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, marketing, visual standards and HR best practices.

• Commercially minded, with the ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action.

• An excellent communicator and relationship builder, confident in coaching and influencing franchise partners and infernal stakeholders. and work effectively across different markets.

• Highly organised and effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent English and one additional European language; further European languages are an advantage.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to travel extensively across Europe, up to 70%, with occasional international travel as required.
