About the Company
The company is a Swiss-based TechBio business using advanced data science and computational biology to support the development of next-generation healthcare solutions.
It is building proprietary biological datasets and analytical capabilities to improve understanding of disease mechanisms and decision-making across research and clinical development.
The Role
The Fractional Chief Commercial Officer will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and Board to develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy.
This is focused on building commercial momentum, establishing strategic partnerships, and positioning the business for scale following an anticipated financing round, with a strong emphasis on business development.

Qualifications
- Former CBO, VP Business Development, Head of Strategic Partnerships, or similar senior commercial role.
- Experience in biotech, precision medicine, immunology, diagnostics, genomics, AI-enabled drug discovery, or TechBio.
- Strong partnering experience and an established industry network.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, highly networked, strategic, and practical.
- Comfortable operating in growth-stage environments and moving between strategy and execution.
