About the Role
We are seeking a member of Atlassian's FP&A Deal Desk team to drive strategic financial initiatives and support enterprise-wide transformation. The role focuses on analyzing complex deals, collaborating across sales, legal, and finance, and developing pricing and financial models to enable informed decision-making. This position will primarily support US stakeholders and require working US timezones in a distributed-first environment.
What You'll Do

Support the FP&A Deal Desk function by providing financial analysis and insights for complex deal structures

Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on deal terms and financial implications

Develop and implement pricing strategies and financial models to support business objectives

Analyze and evaluate deal performance, providing recommendations for improvements

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and support audit processes

Adapt to US timezone requirements and partner with global colleagues as needed

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on enterprise deal desk or FP&A

Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Salesforce and Excel

Global experience

Experience in a large enterprise technology or SaaS company

Familiarity with Atlassian products and financial systems

Advanced degree or certification in finance or accounting

Salary ranges for new hires in the United States (zone-based): Zone A: $140,400 - $183,300; Zone B: $126,300 - $164,970; Zone C: $116,500 - $152,139
