About the Role Factorial is seeking a FP&A Analyst for our Finance Team at the Barcelona HQ. You will help shape our financial strategy, support business decisions, and improve processes as Factorial scales. What You'll Do
- Build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
- Assist in creating financial presentations for senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation in financial reporting and planning tools.
