PZ Cussons is hiring an FP&A Analyst (Finance) for its Africa business, based in Ilupeju, Nigeria. This is a permanent, full-time role.
As a Central FP&A Analyst, you'll help turn financial data into insights that shape decisions across the Africa business. Working closely with finance, supply chain, commercial and other functional teams, you'll support planning, forecasting and performance reporting that enables leaders to make informed decisions with confidence. Your analysis will help identify opportunities, highlight risks and provide a clearer view of the drivers behind business performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver meaningful financial insights that help leaders understand performance, identify trends and make better business decisions
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities across Africa
