【業務内容】

・ 月次・四半期の業績管理、予算・フォーキャストの策定

・ 売上、費用、利益、Working Capital、Cash Flowの分析

・ 実績差異の要因分析とマネジメント向け資料の作成サポート

・ 事業部門と連携したリスク・機会の把握、アクションのフォロー

・ 海外Financeチームへのレポーティング

・ 分析・レポート業務の効率化と改善

※これまでの経験やスキルに応じて担当業務を決定します。入社時からすべてを一人で担当するのではなく、上司やチームメンバーと相談しながら段階的に担当範囲を広げていただきます。

【必須条件】

・ 財務・経理・FP&A・管理会計、または企画部門、コンサルティング会社での実務経験

・ 財務諸表および管理会計の基礎知識

・ Excelを用いたデータ分析、PowerPointでの資料作成経験

・ 関係者と連携して業務を進めた経験

【歓迎条件】

・ 事業会社でのFP&A、予算管理、業績管理の経験

・ Working CapitalまたはCash Flowの分析経験

・ SAP、HFM、Power BIの使用経験

・ 海外チームとの業務経験

・ 業務プロセスを改善した経験

・ 語学力：英語中級（英語のメールや資料を理解し、必要なコミュニケーションを取れるレベルを想定しています。）
