About the company

Our client is a healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead US revenue growth as a hands-on seller who closes mid-market deals personally while building the sales process, pipeline and eventually a team of account executives.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound prospecting, discovery calls, product demonstrations and deal closing with mid-size provider groups.

  • Define the US sales process, ideal customer profile, pricing approach, pipeline stages and CRM practices.

  • Own go-to-market planning, including attending industry events, testing new acquisition channels and adjusting quickly without direction.

  • Recruit, onboard and coach account executives while gradually shifting from individual selling to leading a team.

  • Share field feedback on objections, clinic workflows and integration needs with product and leadership.

  • Requirements

  • What we're looking for

  • Five or more years of B2B software sales experience with full-cycle closing of deals in the tens of thousands of dollars in annual contract value.

  • Strong founder-style drive and a track record of taking initiative without a defined playbook.

  • Experience at a small early-stage company where you helped build the sales function from the beginning.

  • Prior sales work with care providers that operate across several sites.

  • Ability to build documented targeting, forecasting, pipeline stages and CRM discipline from scratch.

  • Evidence of exceptional achievement and determination in education, career, athletics or entrepreneurial work.

  • Bonus points

  • Experience founding or co-founding a company, or leading a major new-market initiative from zero.

  • Experience hiring, ramping and managing a small team of sales representatives.

  • Working knowledge of regulated-sector vendor vetting and multi-party purchasing committees.

  • An existing network in US healthcare operations.

  • Strong academic background from a highly regarded institution or competitive program.

  • Benefits

  • Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary: USD 200,000 to 280,000 per year

  • Equity

  • Location and work model

  • New York, NY, United States

  • Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office

  • Full-time
