Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to define customer problems

Ensure high-quality product execution
Qualifications
-
Product expertise, including experience as a product specialist or product-focused designer, with the ability to align UI/UX decisions to business and user goals.

Strong analytical skills to interpret user data, usability test results, and market insights to inform design decisions and product improvements.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting design rationale, and documenting interaction patterns.

Customer service orientation and user empathy, ensuring designs address user needs, reduce friction, and build trust in financial decision-making.

Sales and growth mindset, with the ability to design flows that support conversion, retention, and partner engagement without compromising user experience.

Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.

Experience designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or financial services, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work and visual design craft.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area
