About the job
This is an In-person role in San Francisco. Agencies need not apply.
We're building the demand layer for public discourse.
dLogos turns grassroots audience demand for conversations — votes, pledges, campaigns — into structured intelligence that makes important podcast episodes happen. Think Change.org meets Kickstarter, but for getting the right people talking. We're pre-seed, actively raising, and moving fast.
The role We need a Founding PM who can own product end-to-end — not just write specs and hand them off. You'll work directly with both co-founders (no layers, no bureaucracy) to take a live platform and turn it into a system: sharper UX, tighter information architecture, real user feedback loops. This is PM + design + a working understanding of engineering tradeoffs. Like everyone here, you'll wear far more hats than your title suggests. If it needs doing and you can do it, it's probably yours.
Day to day, you'll:
- Talk to users constantly — hosts, fans, campaign organizers — and turn what you hear into shipped changes
- Own the product roadmap and translate strategy into specs your engineers can actually build from
- Get hands-on with design decisions, not just review them
- Systemize things that are currently held together by tribal knowledge
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders on a company still small enough that your fingerprints are on everything
Who you are
- You've done PM work before, but you're not precious about lane-staying — you'll sketch a flow, question an engineering approach, and rewrite a CTA in the same afternoon
- You want to be upskilled fast, especially on AI-native workflows — we build and operate with LLMs and agents as core infrastructure, not a bolt-on. Our stack includes Airtable, Linear, Notion, Figma, Claude Design, Claude Code, and Codex
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and huge surface area — product here isn't scoped into a quarter, it's scoped into "what matters this week"
- More than experience, we're looking for values fit: coachable, hungry, quick to learn. If you're the right person, we'll invest in getting you the rest of the way fast
Be clear on what this is This isn't a 9-5. We're a small team grinding toward a big vision, mid-fundraise, moving insanely fast — if you're the right fit, you could be fully onboarded and shipping within a week. We're looking for people with real, borderline-unreasonable ambition. If that sounds exhausting instead of exciting, this isn't the role.
Substantial overlap with Pacific Standard Time working hours is required.
Why this role We're under 10 people, and the person we hire now shapes what "product" means at dLogos for years. We invest heavily in everyone on the team; you'll grow faster here than at a company with more layers between you and the decisions.
SF strongly preferred — remote open for exceptional candidates
