Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the design and full-stack build of a customer-facing web application, partnering directly with company founders. The work spans interface design, engineering, release and go-to-market content, shaped by usage data and customer input.
What you'll do

Build and maintain a web application across front end and back end, using TypeScript and Python.

Design clear, polished interfaces that make complex systems easy to use.

Carry each feature from early customer discovery and prototypes all the way to release.

Create demos, release materials and promotional campaigns for what you ship.

Maintain high standards for design quality, performance and delivery speed.

Use product analytics and customer feedback to prioritize upcoming work.

Requirements

What we're looking for
-
At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience.

Solid UI and UX skills, with strong product judgment and care for detail.

A track record of launching a brand-new product from scratch.

Hands-on experience building with large language models and agent-based systems.

Clear writing and a good instinct for how to position and promote a product.

Self-directed approach, able to spot problems and resolve them without supervision.

Existing US work authorization.

Past founder or early-stage startup engineering background.

Exposure to tools built for developers or AI-first applications.

Familiarity with agent orchestration or SDK design.

Background in creating video walkthroughs, demos or technical write-ups.
