About the Role
Join the engineering team at a seed-stage AI communications SaaS company as a Founding Product Engineer. You will own product features from discovery and prototyping through production, helping build AI-powered tools that improve customer communications for businesses across Europe.
What You'll Do

Own features end to end, from forming a hypothesis to implementation, release, and iteration.

Run rapid experiments and build lightweight prototypes to validate product ideas.

Speak regularly with customers, partners, and Sales to identify real needs and pain points.

Design tracking and use product metrics to guide decisions and improvements.

Build across the stack and make pragmatic architecture choices that balance fast learning with long-term scalability.

Take ownership of initiatives and move them forward independently.
What We're Looking For

At least three years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.

Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.

Experience owning software from architecture and implementation through production release.

Hands-on experience in a startup environment and a strong customer-focused product mindset.

German proficiency at B2 level or above and fluent English.

Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features is an advantage.

Comfort using data and metrics to make product decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary of €80,000 to €120,000, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Remote within Germany, with overlap in Central European Time.
