Relish is an influencer marketing platform connecting freelance marketers and influencers with local agencies and brands for influencer marketing campaigns. Our goal is to help businesses expand into new markets, host launch events, and promote new products.

Running campaigns across thousands of creators gives Relish a constant, real-time read on what consumers are actually trying, buying, and loving, well before it shows up in retail data or a brand's P&L. That consumer signal is what led us to build Relish Venture Studio: instead of only marketing CPG brands after they've already raised money, we use that same data to spot promising CPG and consumer brands earlier, and step in as an actual investor and growth partner, not just a vendor. We sit alongside founders through fundraising, connect them to the right investors, and back that relationship with real growth infrastructure.

We're looking for a Founding Partner to help us build Relish Venture Studio from the ground up. This is a co-founder level role: you'll help build the fund's fundamentals, actively raise capital, and build out a durable network of CPG and consumer investors that our portfolio brands can draw on for years. You'll be one of the people who defines what this studio is and how it operates, not someone joining an already built organization.

Relish is fast paced and agile, and this role is expected to move at the speed of a founding team, with real ambiguity to work through along the way.

What You'll Do

• Help build and actively fundraise the fund itself, including LP conversations, materials, and structure.

• Build out a durable network of CPG and consumer focused investors (VCs, angels, family offices, strategics) that the studio can call on for portfolio brands.

• Help define the studio's investment thesis, fund fundamentals, and operating model, including how Relish's consumer data informs deal sourcing and diligence.

• Represent Relish Venture Studio directly to founders, investors, and partners as a founding voice of the organization.

• Work closely with Relish leadership to align the studio's growth with the broader Relish platform and portfolio brand needs.

• Help build the systems, relationships, and track record that make the studio credible to investors and founders alike.

• Who You Are

• Real experience in CPG, consumer tech, or fundraising, whether as an operator, investor, or founder.

• Comfortable being one of the first people building something, not joining a finished system.

• A strong, credible communicator who can represent the studio to investors and founders directly.

• Existing relationships in the CPG or consumer investing world are a strong plus.

• Self-directed and reliable, comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes work.

• Genuinely motivated by building CPG brands and the investors who back them, not just closing deals.
